Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging

Due to the nature of our organic body oil products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at eppicenterwellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
