Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right.

Are your products certified organic?

Our body oils are crafted with premium botanicals including fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil, and vitamin E. Please refer to individual product pages for specific ingredient and certification details.

Why does my bottle have a small tail or fold at the top of the shrink wrap?

Each Sjala Oil bottle is individually sealed using a shrink wrap sleeve and heat gun — a hands-on process that ensures a secure, tamper-evident finish. During sealing, a small tail may form at the top of the shrink wrap. This is a normal part of our packaging process and is simply folded over as part of the final presentation. It does not affect the product inside in any way.

How do I choose the right scent?

Each Sjala Oil scent is crafted to evoke a distinct mood and ritual:

• Lavender — Calming and grounding. Ideal for winding down, sleep rituals, or stress relief.
• Vanilla — Warm and comforting. Perfect for cozy self-care moments.
• Sandalwood — Earthy and centering. Great for meditation or a sense of quiet focus.

What is the shelf life of Sjala Oil?

Sjala Oil has a shelf life of 1 to 2 years when stored properly. Keep your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its quality and scent.

Is Sjala Oil safe to use during pregnancy?

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any new body oil during pregnancy, especially scented formulas. Your provider can best advise based on your individual health needs.

Is Sjala Oil safe for sensitive skin?

Sjala Oil is formulated to be gentle, but we always recommend doing a patch test before full application — especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist, wait 24 hours, and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
